NewsFlaming Lips, Kings Of Leon, Spoon for MonolithThe Flaming Lips, Kings of Leon, Spoon and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah have all been confirmed to play the brand new Monolith festival at Red Rocks, Colorado in September. The Decemberists, Cake, Ra Ra Riot and Ghostland Observatory are also on the bill for the event, the first ever multi-day, multi-stage festival at Colorado's world-renowned Red Rocks Amphitheatre, surrounded by stunning natural rock formations. The event is scheduled to take place September 14 and 15, and will have a 9,000 person capacity, making it one of the most intimate festivals in the country to host acts of this caliber. Tickets for the festival go on sale Saturday June 2 at Ticketmaster.
